Adding a bot

To make the website more dynamic and engage with users I added a small widget powered by Zendesk at the bottom right of the website. 

It can help users when they have questions about buying the tea or their order status.

To make it even more interactive, I recently activated proactive messages - one message shows on the product pages and encourages the purchase, another one shows when users browse a blog article (Tea Academy) and suggests to sign up to a newsletter.

It's quite exciting - the first order from the bot has already come through!
