Product reviews

To increase the store conversion rate I installed a free app Judge.me that allows to add product reviews.

The app does a few things:

• it allows you to add your existing reviews from a CSV file
• it sends an email after each order has been fulfilled asking for a review
• it shows the reviews on the product pages

It is very easy to install and to use and I was very happy to see how the reviews started showing on the site immediately after the installation.

As for the results? After one month:

• the conversion rate increased by more than 70%
• the average basket value increased by 30%
• the number of orders increased by 100%

So it was definitely worth it! And that, without even mentioning the satisfaction when you see that a happy customer has left a positive review.
